James Fitzella Joins Vogel Group as Director.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Vogel Group, a top bipartisan government affairs firm, announced James Fitzella, Senior Professional Staff Member for House Rules Committee under Ranking Member Tom Cole (R-O.K.), will join the firm as a Director. During his seven-year tenure on the Committee, James advised Republican Leadership, Members of the Rules Committee, and the Republican Conference and worked with a broad portfolio of committees including, Agriculture, Appropriations, Energy and Commerce, Financial Services, Homeland Security, Natural Resources, Small Business, Transportation and Infrastructure, Ways and Means, and Veterans’ Affairs.

Prior to joining the Committee, James was an Associate at Downey McGrath Group, where he spent his time developing and executing government affairs strategies for clients in the healthcare, food safety, foreign affairs, telecommunications, financial services, and social security spaces.
