We merge a robust understanding of financial services policy issues impacting a broad cross-section of industries with relationships with lawmakers on the House Financial Services and Senate Banking Committee to execute on behalf of Fortune 100 companies in this space. In addition to traditional issues, our team is intimately involved in SPAC regulation and working with pre-SPAC and de-SPAC’ed companies. We regularly advocate for specific issues before Members of Congress. We represent clients before appropriate regulatory bodies, including Treasury and the SEC, through drafting comment letters, crafting messaging, and facilitating discussions with senior staff, including Democrat and Republican Commissioners.
We represent a recently established trade association focused on Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs).
By leveraging decades of policy experience across our team, we work across a spectrum of policymakers and regulators to advocate on behalf of a broad range of stakeholders in the industry. This includes identifying and implementing best practices across all aspects of SPAC operations and shaping and advancing the SPAC policy agenda.
