Gary Hunter maintains a broadlegislative practice with an emphasis on land use entitlements, property rights advocacy, timeshare, healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy development, environmental and other issues.

Gary has the privilege of representing many clients before the legislative and executive branches of Florida government including as a registered Florida Lobbyist for The Association of Florida Community Developers, ExxonMobil Corporation, the American Resort Development Association, Disney, Minto Homes, GL Homes, the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, the Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, Farmland Reserve and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, among others.

Gary has practiced law and provided legislative/executive branch assistance to clients in Florida for over three decades. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BBA 1989) and the University of Georgia College of Law (J.D. cum laude 1992). He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia and Colorado and has been consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in Florida by Super Lawyers, Florida Trend Legal Elite, Chambers USA, and Best Lawyers in America.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife/college sweetheart, their children and on his south Georgia family farm.
