Nikhil Dhingra is a Director at the Vogel Group.
Nikhil advises clients on public policy matters in the international trade, artificial intelligence, and manufacturing sector. With nearly five years of experience in Washington politics, Nikhil routinely provides strategic guidance to clients, from small enterprises to Fortune 100 companies, on how the government influences business and industry outcomes.
Nikhil works to position his clients at the forefront of policy development on Capitol Hill. He has spearheaded partnerships with the Senate AI Caucus, and his in-depth understanding of AI supply chain issues has directly informed the production and investment strategies of leading chip manufacturers.
Nikhil also advises clients on navigating trade issues amidst shifting tariff regimes and regularly engages with Congress and the administration on the economic impact that these tariffs have on industry stakeholders. Nikhil works closely with clients across the manufacturing and energy sectors to preserve international access to critical components, building bipartisan coalitions around issues including grid resilience and supply chain security.
Outside of the firm, Nikhil serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Asian American Pacific Islander Lobbying Association (AAPILA), where he works to elevate AAPI voices in public policy. Nikhil is also a member of Electing a Democratic Generation (EDGE), a fundraising group dedicated to supporting emerging Democratic leaders.
Prior to the Vogel Group, Nikhil supported clients at another government affairs firm and worked for Congressman Mike Quigley (D-IL). Nikhil graduated with honors from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Law & Society.
