Julian is a government affairs professional and attorney with extensive experience at the intersection of policy, law, and business. He most recently served as Counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee for Chairman Jim Jordan, where he led high-profile congressional investigations and directed oversight of federal agencies and major private-sector actors. In this role, Julian advised Chairman Jordan and the Republican Majority on some of the most consequential legal and policy matters before Congress, giving him unmatched insight into how Washington’s power centers operate.

Through his work in Congress and nearly a decade working in D.C., Julian has built lasting relationships across the Administration, Capitol Hill, and key federal agencies, including direct engagement with Cabinet officials, senior White House staff, and congressional leadership. He began his career in politics working on Congressman Pete Sessions’ campaign, launching a career grounded in strategic political engagement with a reputation for integrity.

Julian’s background also includes private-sector experience in energy project development and private equity, giving him a practical understanding of how government decisions impact investment and growth. He leverages this unique perspective to design and execute advocacy strategies that advance client interests in today’s dynamic political and regulatory environment.

A licensed attorney, Julian earned his B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at GW Law and was a Foreign Policy Fellow at the Wilson Center. Born and raised in Georgia, he brings both policy expertise and business acumen to help clients navigate Washington’s complex political and regulatory landscape.
