Isabelle Drayer is an Associate at the Vogel Group.

Isabelle Drayer supports the firm and its clients through policy research, monitoring, and analysis. Prior to joining the Vogel Group, Isabelle spent a year on a Fulbright grant through the U.S. State Department, living and working in Galicia, Spain. She brings a diverse array of experiences ranging the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She previously worked for a Democratic delegate in the Virginia General Assembly on immigration and environmental-related bills. In her role, she conducted policy research, wrote district newsletters, guided constituent visits, and drafted legislative memos. She also brings experience with international trade research after working in agricultural export promotion for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Isabelle is fluent in Spanish and graduated from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA with a B.A. in Political Science and Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies and a minor from the Robins School of Business.
