Caleb Atencio is an Associate at the Vogel Group.

Caleb Atencio supports the Vogel Group’s principals and clients in advancing congressional strategies and policy objectives across a diverse portfolio of issues. His work includes legislative and regulatory tracking, preparing briefing materials for high-level engagements, and supporting client advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill.

Before joining the firm, Caleb worked in government affairs and policy advocacy for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, where he developed written materials for stakeholders, coordinated grassroots campaigns, and engaged directly with policymakers and partner organizations. He brings experience in managing multi-issue portfolios, drafting advocacy content, and assisting with strategic initiatives that raise the visibility of key priorities in Washington. Earlier in his career, Caleb gained experience in policy research, stakeholder engagement, and organizational support through roles in government affairs and higher education. These positions strengthened his analytical, communication, and administrative skills that he now applies to his client-focused work at the Vogel Group.

A Colorado native, Caleb earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he was a merit scholar and first-generation student.
