Mark Pinkert is a Principal at the Vogel Group.

Mark Pinkert is a nationally recognized attorney and strategist based in Miami, Florida. Mark has extensive experience in constitutional law, public law, and administrative law at the state and federal levels. He has represented clients—including Fortune 500 companies—in high-profile commercial disputes and government enforcement actions. He has litigated and argued cases in state and federal courts around the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked at a global law firm and clerked for federal judges at both the trial and appellate levels, giving him a rare and deep understanding of the entire judicial system. Mark has also filed briefs in the United States Supreme Court on behalf of law professors, U.S. Senators, trade associations, and non-profit organizations.

Mark was recently honored as one of Lawdragon’s “500 X – The Next Generation.” Mark is a frequent presenter at legal conferences and events, and his articles have been published in the National Review, City Journal, Law.com, the University of Miami Law Review, and many others. Mark is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he was an articles editor for the Yale Law Journal, and a graduate of Emory University, magna cum laude.
