Pam Covington

Senior Vice President

Pam Covington is the Senior Vice President of the Global Workforce Practice at The Vogel Group.

Pam has over 25 years of experience in management and has held high level positions in business, government, and non-profits. She served as the Director of Administration in the Office of Presidential Personnel at The White House prior to becoming the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Passport Services, Bureau of Consular Affairs at the Department of State. In addition to her work in government, Pam has management experience in the oil industry, the tech industry, and the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the nation.

With years of direct experience working closely with global hi-tech industries and related international governments and businesses, Pam has a unique understanding of the challenges facing our workforce needs domestically and the intersection of international politics.

Pam received her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. She also attended the Austro-American Institute of Education in Vienna, Austria, focusing on Eastern European political studies and history.

Fun Fact:  Pam is an accomplished equestrienne in the show hunter discipline.
