Andi Dooley is the Director of Tennessee Operations at the Vogel Group.

Andi Dooley is a seasoned government relations and public affairs professional with a decade of experience at the federal and state levels.

Before joining Vogel Group, Andi served as regional director for Senator John Cornyn (TX), providing strategic guidance on a wide range of legislative and statewide issues while cultivating strategic relationships across government, business, and community sectors throughout a 35-county region. She also led corporate public affairs for IBC Bank, advising executive leadership on political and government strategy, shaping the company’s public messaging, and directing high-level engagement with policymakers and key stakeholders to advance legislative and regulatory goals.

Andi began her career working for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. She then broadened her expertise at a leading multi-client lobbying firm, mastering federal legislative processes, public policy development, and strategic advocacy.

A native Texan and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Andi brings a sharp policy acumen and a results-oriented approach to the Volunteer State.
